During the summers of 2010 & 2012, members of the original Slam Dump team were given the opportunity to visit the country of Honduras. While there, they witnessed the poverty of a community struggling to survive in a garbage dump outside of the capital city, Tegucigalpa.

A safe haven for the younger generation of dump-dwellers, Amor, Fe, y Esperanza (AFE) is an organization and school that has been diligently working to provide the children of the dump with a free education, sufficient meals, adequate housing, and ultimately a hope for the future.

On April 8th, 2017 we are hosting a basketball tournament that will benefit these children and their families by supporting AFE and its altruistic cause. Please consider taking part in this event by playing and/or donating!

The price is $20 to participate in the tournament. All proceeds raised from the Slam Dump Tournament will be benefit AFE.
